My first time experience was AMAZING!!! Dr Banks explained everything he was doin from start to finish. All staff was also amazing and friendly. I found my dentist home. Thank u Dr. Banks and staff

I received a call to confirm the appointment and was sent over the forms to fill out online. I really appreciate this because I did with essentiall tremors. The young lady originally offered to help me when I got to the office. Once I arrived an hour early they did not make me wait. I was taken care of by 2 young ladies that did my x-rays. One was learning and they both did an excellent job. I hate getting x-rays more than getting my tooth pulled. When Dr. Banks came in he was concern about what brought me in today and very calming and detailed in examining my mouth. I've never been to a doctor with the atmosphere that I experienced there. They didn't lock you up in a room and forget about you. Everything was extremely clean.

Good experience Dr. Banks is nice and he provides service until the procedure is done right his staff is very nice I would recommend his service nice and funny young man.

Very welcoming energy from the staff and Mr. Banks. He heard me out when it came to what brought me in and to communicate what my insurance was looking for. I use to be tense when getting teeth pulled, and now I’m calm.

Mr. Banks is really, really good. He,s patient, and really friendly. Iv never known a black dentist before, but this man is good. He knows what he's doing. He office is very clean and the workers are very educated and intelligent people. I'm use to black people having nasty attitudes, and poor manners. These blacks are amazingly well mannered. My teeth are in good hands. I give Mr. Banks 5 stars.
