Excellent Customer Service . The Associates were attentive, Customer Friendly and Professional. The atmosphere very comfortable, and of course Dr. Banks with his Expertise and Ole School Dentistry with up to Date Flare and Technology. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend him.

GREAT Dental Experience from the Office Manager, Receptionist,Dental Assistant and Dentist the Professionalism was outstanding.I’m always nervous when seeing a dentist but they made feel so comfortable. I had some extractions done there was very minimal pain. I was given clear instructions on my future plans for my teeth. Thank You Dr.Banks!!!!

It was a wonderful experience. They made me feel right at home. I feel surrounded by family members. The doctor was a very simple man to deal with. He took his to explain everything to me. I now know what's going on with my body.i will definitely go back and also recommend Banks Dental Group to everyone out there Looking for a good dentist.

When I arrived at the dental office this morning, the door was locked because i was way ahead of my apptmnt time. It was within a few minutes, Dr. Banks arrived. He greeted me with a warm good morning and a Happy New Year! He is caring and concerned about his patients. He is also thorough in explaining what is the best plan of care for your teeth. I can not end without out giving kudos to his amazing staff. They help set the tone. Lastly, his office is clean and neat, from the front door to the back door!
